Leaving the car unlocked

I like this idea ?. How long do emergency battery packs stay charged?
It depends on the quality of the battery pack. I've got a Noco one from Amazon and it recommends charging it up every 3 months. In that time it has only lost a little of its charge.

I put a reoccurring reminder in my calender to charge it up.

I charge it up every 3 or 4 months, but last week after 4 months it was still showing 75% charge, so I imagine it would still do the job on an EV.

I also bought a cheap head torch to keep in the jump starter case, that's just in case by sods law it's dark when I'm trying to get get it kick started

Remember also to keep the jump pack in an easily accessible place, DEFINITELY NOT in the boot as this is difficult to access with no battery power.

I have posted previously that although I haden't touched my car for a couple of days and it's not connected to the wall charger the 12v battery has shown a charge of 14.7v in the app and then steadily reducing to 12.4 volts.

That's an interesting screenshot of the (presumably) MG4 vehicle status, mine (late October 23) is totally different as screenshot shows. y
