Losing charge whilst parked

I have left my car for a week and it didn't seem to lose any battery power. GOM was the same as when I left it.
I've a SR (Gen2). Left it at Heathrow for a week and mine was the same as I left it, give or take an electron. I did query the app once a day to make sure the 12v battery was kept topped up but was only able to do this for about 3-4 days. After that it wouldn't connect, which I hear is usual.

I'm assuming the OP has a SR gen 2 car. What they report is unusual. As others have said, it is necessary to perform a full balancing charge at least once per month. Basically that means charging to 100% on an ac charger (or granny) and leaving it to balance. Depending on bms and level of imbalance this might take a few hours. If the battery has got really out of balance it may take several balancing charges to recover.

Remember also that if you switch on a cold car (defaulting to normal mode) it will read a lower range than when switched off warm and in eco.

Range is less for lots of short journeys where battery and cabin have to be warmed each time than for a single long journey but even so the reported figures are abnormally low. One possibility is that there is one or more faulty cell.

Sounds like something a dealer needs to look at.

That does seem a lot to loose overnight and on a short trip.
Did you have it from new and have you done a battery balance by leaving it connected for a few hours after reaching 100%?
What sort of m/kWh are you getting? Mine was under 3 when it was really cold.
Hi yes bought it new, have had it plugged in overnight so the battery balance thingy should have happened. I’ve been getting around 3.2-3.4 based on trip meter but the charge drop doesn’t correlate, it’s madness!
