Mg care access to update infotainment screen

How we can update the infotainment screen for the MG, I have check that we need access to mgcare.eu in order to get the latest software files, does anyone try to do it? or we need to change the hardware?
Also if we need to change the hardware will it be compatible to our car?

Does anyone has access for mgcare.eu?
