I did see a few posts suggesting that if Auto-Hold was used rather than (P)ark that might do it. I did try a few but to be honest often times I'm not concentrating on the sequence of doing things to work out what I did in what order!From what I've experienced, the seat doesn't go back when exiting only when the seat didn't go fwd upon entering in the first place. Then to always have the seat go fwd on entry, press the brake before closing the door.
But when I get the car back I'll test what you suggested.
