MG HS PHEV died!

My late 2022 MG HS PHEV has died! Wouldn’t take a full charge (had 9 miles and only charged to 14 overnight). Drove a few miles to my destination and it wouldn’t re-start. All the lights on the dash were on. Couldn’t get it into drive at all, just stayed in park. Got the RAC out who found a faulty cell on the battery so replaced that. That didn’t make any difference. Had to have it towed to the Macklin Motors MG garage, who have been less than useless!
Anyone else have this experience of the car dying?
