Our steering wheel controls all.packed up yesterday, nothing worked, so I did a full system reset this has happened about 6 times now.

Yes it got sorted, I had to wait 24 hours to get it reset..All working now, .car is now back with the dealer as I can't get Android Auto to work, I have tried four different Samsung phones, and one is a top of the range phone..The funny thing is it works on Apple car play..but I don't want to buy an Apple So the infotainment system is having a software update..On the hired car I have ,which is six months old, I can't get it to work on that as well....all fingers are crossed now

I had the same problem with the connection.
I found the data cables were at fault, some will connect and others won't.

I got new cable as some are charge only and not charge and sync

I have tried four different cables, and one is a top
spec data cable..I have even tryed the ones Halfords sell..

My wife's old phone wouldn't connect. Mine would. I bought her a new phone and all worked

Had a call from the main dealer, who said car software has been updated, and is now working fine.
So we will see when I go for the car...watch this space
