MG ISMART

Hi all!

In the last few days I have been having problems with the mg ismart application, the application does not connect with my car. I think the problem is that I extend my plan [1024 MB] (?)

Can we get "pay" other plan then 1024 MB? My car give the information that "less than 10% of traffic consists of remaining data; Pay attention to use or recharge."

Now i can't use MG ISMART. Always gave the information " Remote control instruction failed. Please try again later".

Any idea for fixe this?
Anyone pass the same problem?
Anyone can help fix the problem?

Hello,

I have had reached the maximum use of the monthly 1024 MB and beyond it (minus MB) for at least 4 times, but i did not suffer from the ismart to stop never, it works always.

But yes, maybe you went far in minus MB.

Check if you have the latest App.update (V2.0.5), check the GBS setting of your smartphone or the App. permissions, try it with another smartphone if possible.

I think MG iSmart ain't so smart... we are in 2024, and I had a Volvo V70 from 2014 with better mobile app and solutions. Had to share account with my wife, but we didn't get logged out of the app whenever the other one used it.

Hope MG soon can get some engineers to work and have a new app upgrade and the possibility to share car with a partner.
One main admin, that can grant/confirm the other user in iSmart.

There is so mnay bugs even unprofessional coder could fix it on Ismart. It is kinda of shame on MG. I have also nocited other MG vehicles get updated alot why only MG Marvel r doesn't get updated?

It's a rubbish car, had mine over 2 years, to many small problems.

Indeed I even regret getting this car I could go for other way better in same price just wait for tesla Y juniper now. Most say MG marvel isn't even worth of getting ?

To all above this has nothing to do with the App I would say more to do with you phone data plan. You should be on a better data plan like 5gb per month no one should be using MB on a smart phone would be used up in no time.
