Hi can some one tell me how I can delete previous owner who hasn't deleted their a count and there fore az the new owner I can't create my MG smart log in?....

You need to ask the previous owner to “Unbind” from the car, or I believe it can be done by contacting MG customer services.

Thanks, yes previous owner doesn't anwser and MG customer care advised they can't do it...Surely it can't be that hard for MG to delete old account?
