So why isn't it moved to a dealer with a customer waiting. I don't understand how dealers can have new cars on the forecourt with the current waiting list.I know where there's a white trophy, it's been sat in the Darlington drive dealership for over a month, no plates all paperwork still attached to the screen. Never moved. Guess someone cancelled it and it turned up.
Each dealer (or to be more accurate, each company) buys their own stock and make their own profit, why should they pass their stock onto other dealers ?So why isn't it moved to a dealer with a customer waiting. Told the same just before Christmas. Only thing is that because the prices went up I can't afford the MG4 LR. Need LR as it'll be a family car...Hi, I'm new here, but thought I would provide a small update I have just been informed of by Octopus Salary Sacrifice and then Confirmed by a chap at MG UK (01217 564864).
I have been told to choose another car as MG are not prioritising the building of MG ZS EVs
I placed an order for one of these cars at the end of December 2021 and have not received it yet.
(MG ZS EV - Trophy Connect Long Range - Black)
The chap at MG was not very helpful and said I was not able to speak with anyone at MG Headoffice only send an email, which I am sure will get me nowhere.
Has anyone else been told this? Do you have any more information?
The suggestion is to consider the MG4.
This is a big disappointment.
"Not prioritising" doesn't necessarily mean they are de-prioritising either, or that they are prioritising other cars instead - it could just mean, "We are building every vehicle as normal, but we'd rather you buy a different car".What does "not prioritising the building of MG ZS EVs" actually mean? As in they aren't going to fulfill orders? Or keep delaying after delaying...
If this is the method MG choose to produce cars than you can be sure I am not going to change my order for another of their models
I hope one of the silver ones has my name on it ?just seen today on the A1 by Stevenage lorry full of MG ZS black and silver
That would make two of us. Team SilverI hope one of the silver ones has my name on it ?
I ordered with Octopus Salary Sacrifice in September 2022, for a Trophy LR on one their speedier delivery offers, I called them last week to check and they reckon its still due for April 2023, not sure if it was a previously cancelled order that was placed a long time ago or something but they still seem confident its a goer.Hi, I'm new here, but thought I would provide a small update I have just been informed of by Octopus Salary Sacrifice and then Confirmed by a chap at MG UK (01217 564864).

Hello, try pulling the handle twice - we always have to do this. ArchieGood afternoon all, I did have collected my MG5 today. Generally very pleased with the car. Unfortunately when I go home turn up that the doors on passenger side are not opening from inside.
If someone did have experience similar problem can you please share your story?
Best regards Todor Radnev
