Finally no longer afraid to think about it. Been waiting for a Black TCLR which has been on TBA throughout 2022. It was still TBA in early Dec when my dealer called to say if I was OK with red they had a cancellation which might be arriving in Jan, so I jumped at it. Called them for an update early Jan to be told it's here, when can you collect.
Still didn't want to get excited, but now I can. Picked it up yesterday. Only been to the post office so far. Will have to wait until the weekend before I get a proper run.

I know this is the zs forum but been so involved with it iver the last 11 months I can happily report I have my mg5 ev and I'm very happy to the point I don't think I even care about if the zs turns up or not now.
Think the dealer I ordered it off has basically given up also and told me not to hold up hope if it will even come.
Thinking about it I will run my mg5 for a bit and just get the facelift version when prices drop.

Can understand your frustration. Particularly if you can’t have the MG4 as an alternative.

We have frequently been told that the current wait is 12 months. If your dealer is saying yours will be another 13 months that questions whether they've even ordered yours.
PS will MG even be making the ZS in 2024?

Iirc he's with motability so effectively a lease and MG are singularly ignoring lease orders to supply the dealers, regardless of order date.

I would imagine that not to be to case, an order is an order. A dealership orders the car on their normal system. The mg4 is on motability however if those with a motability order for a zs wanted a mg4 then they can't have two orders on motability in a hope the mg4 turns up first

But I can’t see Amazon music or 4g singal on it. Is anyone know if it’s just trophy not trophy connect.

The dealership used by my fleet company had, for sale on their website, the same car I ordered but i couldn't have it as it was retail only!
I also asked about switching to an MG4 (they had 5 in stock) but also told i couldn't have one of these.
They genuinely don't care about fleet orders as they'll get more by selling the car retail

I believe that is Trophy Connect with the full data setup and Amazon junk.

So the Black LR Trophy I changed to that was due mid February seems to have arrived & I may get it next week!
