I have a Mg zs ev trophey
Is anybody having problems of radio loosing radio reception, sometimes when going over bumps and also for no reason. It also flips to my iPhone music when not plugged in . And this morning over bump goes into navigation

Sounds like a connector on the head unit has come loose.

I have an android system and mine defaults in exactly the same condition you described.
I put up with it, it's annoying sometimes but after having the car for 6 months and listening to what other have to say about them, I treat it like a petulant teenager and just humour it's idiosyncrasies.

could be anything.. loss of reception could be down to poor signal for that particular station. what happens when you change the station?
music flipping onto your iPhone is due to your phone connecting to the car via Bluetooth, that's supposed to happen when the car detects music player running on your phone.
