Mg ZS EZ LR TROPHY Communication Error

My LR ZS will go to sleep on the drive and refuses to be woken up at all by the app
This stops any activity over the APP usually after a couple of days being parked up.
It does not matter how many times I try to refresh it, Nothing will wake it up until I go to the car and revive activity by locking or unlocking it.
This is not good news if you want to do anything over the App

Have any of the other users had this issue.

Yes it is unproven, but I suspect it is the 12v battery dropping too low.

You can check the 12v voltage on the tyre pressure screen, when you turn the car on, however you have to turn on the auxiliary only mode (I think press power button twice, without pressing brake) otherwise it charges the battery straight away. < 12.1 seems to give the problem.

Another little trick, that sometimes works, is to turn the heating on from the App, which works if it's borderline voltage drop. I guess that it's still receiving but doesn't have the power to transmit. This triggers the HV Battery and charges the 12v battery back up.
