In case anyone is interested I've searched the online manual for sections that would be of practical use and printed them out. I've stapled them into four sections, pages 2 to 16, 195 to 208, 209 to 236, and 237 to 215. There may be a few odd pages omitted, such as blanks or anything irrelevant. Popped them into a plastic envelope and shoved them in the seat map pocket.

Hopefully, someone will decide to make a printed manual for sale as the pdf is a bit of a pain to navigate on a phone, tablet may be better.

We don't have a printer, it broke and we never need to print anything nowadays.

I would pay for a copy of the above though, if you were willing, or a donation to a charity.

Thanks Aitch I’d like to take a look at your effects, where do I look?
Not sure I understand your question, Ann. Could you rephrase please?

Don't think I'm professional enough for that, Big Ears. What I've done is ok for me, but it's something you do to suit your requirements.

Fairy Nuff, too many pages to get it printed professionally I think, if you could even find anywhere to do it.
What I could do, Kev, is if you go through the manual online, make a note of which pages you need printing and I can do them for you. You only need to tell me, for example, pages 2 to 16, 195 to 208 etc. aitch

I will have to give it a good luck so I'm not wasting ink on the bits that have soaked in so far, but to be honest it's just the screen/dash/wheel software side I need help with.

I was watching a Harrys Garage video yesterday of hi testing a Tesla, what a crazy car the indicators are on the wheel now, so on a roundabout if you don't want the first exit, it's damn near impossible to indicate left as you can't even see the button to press it, no dash at all, it's all on the screen.

Kev. Even with a printout, understanding how to use Cruise control/Adaptive cc, Assisted driving/ car follow??? is totally confusing. I'm wracking my brains where I can find a deserted stretch of road to try out the different options.

I need to spend more time with the car but SWMBI is using it all the time, for some reason, she thinks the MG navigation is better than Google maps, I'd explain why it isn't but I can't be A**d

Aitch1 - thanks for your recommended sections above.
Note - that last manual section should read page 237 - 251
The manual certainly helps but I'm finding the only practical way is to keep plugging away at things to get what is wanted. The trouble being, if you do not actually stop for every adjustment, take great care as it has to be as bad as a phone when driving.

Very true, as you say, quite hazardous to experiment whilst driving. I've printed off the relevant sections, sorted them by subject and keep them in the passenger seat map pocket. This way I can refresh my memory of how things work by pulling into a lay-by or when we stop for a pot of tea.

It will sink in eventually bit by bit, most of it is basic and you can drive the car, I think we fancy having all these "safety" related "toys" but we've managed long enough without them, you can still get in and drive it, wipers and lights still work as ever but you can play with them too.
