MG3 Hybrid+ On Order

Heard of Engine Emissions fault before. Some one said after filling with fuel make sure the filler cap clicks when tightning.After a few hours the emissions corrected.

Thanks and yep did try all those things, but not helped. One dealer told me that its a known issue, and MG have issued a software fix, whilst according to Google it could be the Oxygen sensor.

Forgot to mention.Thought the car had a oil leak.Glyn Hopkin in Watford were able to book it in under a week.Very obliging even as I hadn't bought it there.As it happens there was no leak.They didn't charge me.Will be taking it there in future for servicing etc.They sent me a phone no that connects direct to them so I don't have to go through there central no.

I received my MG3+ Trophy on Monday 3 Jun 24 and its already been to the garage twice, we found out today that we will not be getting it back due to the fault can not be located (Engine Fault, Battery Fault, Braking Fault, Regenerating braking reduced, engine emissions fault the list goes on) it was good for the first 51 Miles. I hope that we just had a bad car and the new one will be ok.

I had the same problems. I was using the front usb point to charge my old work phone that was trying to pair with my car. My daughter suggested I charge it from the rear usb point. Problem solved.

One thing I will say, is the bonnet is pretty heavy compared to others cars I've had. Not quite sure why?

My previous car was a Honda Jazz and had a very small bonnet and was very light.My new MG3 Hybrid SE has a much larger bonnet. I would say more than twice and immediately noticed the extra weight.

Big Ears.I can't compare it to the Fiesta as I've never had one but find the boot lid quite light. Soon as I press the button the lid opens a bit on its own then with a slight lift with the hand up it goes on its own.The lightest I've ever had over the years of all my past cars.

Its the bonnet I find heavy
