What is the maximum speed you achieved with the new mg3 and how did the car behave?

MG ZS Hybrid+ according to the speedometer 180km/h should be no different with the MG3

I got up to about 145 km/h, the car was fine, nothing out of the ordinary.
But take note that the manual states not to exceed 120 km/h while in the run-in period.

In the UK max speed limit is 70mph (approx. 112 kph) so we should be ok here.

180 then 179 , it was stopped during acceleration. Could have climbed to 200 without a limiter

Currently driving a VW ID.3, but it's saying its goodbyes this month. The MG3 Luxury is already on order, and I’ll be picking it up on the 20th, exciting times!

The ID.3 tops out at 160 km/h, drives smoothly and quietly, which is great for my almost daily Autobahn adventures. That said, I’m pretty much always flirting with its limit.

Now, I’ve heard the MG3 can hit 180 km/h, sounds promising! My question is, what’s the experience like at that speed? If no one spills the beans before I’ve had the chance to run in the engine, I’ll gladly report back. Couldn’t find much about it online, so it looks like this is uncharted territory.

Here’s hoping it doesn’t feel like I’m flying a bouncy castle at full tilt!

I've had ours up to 95 (private road ) not doing that again it was all over the road, and the engine roars then the EV kicks in and out doesn't seem to know what gear to be in.
