MG4 LR not charging

Hello,
My MG4 will not charge, when connected to pod point it says my vehicle is charged, but it is on 12%. It has no pre-set charging settings, and it will not connect on cars dashboard. Has anyone else came across this problem?
I have tried:
-rebooting pod point from the mains
-scheduling a charge time and turning that back off again
-plugging in charger from car to pod and vise versa
-manual charging from app, pod point app, and from car dashboard
-charging from car unlocked and locked
-turning pod off from app and turning it back on again
-checking for updates from all mentioned above

My last resort is rebooting the cars system but I don't want to start messing with the electrics of the car it's self

Any help appreciated!

Does it charge using a granny EVSE (charge point) or can you get to a rapid DC charger?

I can usually charge from granny and rapid, but I haven't tried a different charge point just yet, I think I will test this tomorrow to see if I am still having the same issue.

One thing others have reported regards scheduled charging. Make sure it is turned off in both the car, and in the app. Each one acts independently.
