Pardon my french.....its a french review but nice to see the MG4 also being tested on track some more, and the overall impressions seem positive in relation to its handling characteristics when being pushed, with the review even going as far as proclaiming it LA PREMIERE GTI ELECTRIQUE

Matt Watson on CarWow raved about it as well saying it was the best car he had driven that year. Although since then bizarrely he has allegedly started to stack the odds against EV's on some of the drag races the channel is well know for, it's almost as if the ICE manufactures had got to him.

It is cheaper than the competition- yes, the gap is narrower but it is still cheaper, so I can only think you get to "not worth it" because you consider the Megane, Born, etc... to be a different class of car and obviously superior

That's fine, but there are people like us who tested what was available including the above and prefer the MG4.

I have no problem with people preferring other makes but to claim that the cheapest option is not worth it makes no sense.

Again doesn't matter what I say, and it's the cheapest for a reason as has been getting proved over and over.
The car has quality issues and flaky tech at best, the back up in terms of parts and service isn't there from MG either.
