MG4 Spotted! : Was it you?

An orange MG4 flew past me yesterday on the A421 in Bletchley. I didn't even get a chance to see what model it was.
I was pootling around in roundabout traffic with a boot full of wall tiles and adhesive that I didn't want flying around...

If it's orange, it's either Trophy or X-Power.
Other models can't spec that colour.

I saw no less than 3 MG4s parked at the Chalmers Centre in Edinburgh yesterday, I'm assuming they're all part of NHS Lothian's fleet of EVs

Grey XPower spotted on the Didcot bypass (A4130) on Sunday morning, turning out of Mersey Way.

Think it was an XPower because I thought I saw some colourful pads.

This afternoon about 2.20. White SE travelling north on the A702 at Flotterstone. I was in the blue SE travelling south. I waved but I don't think the driver saw me.

There were three grey mg4 Trophy's parked adjacent to each other at the EV bays at work when I returned from my run, only one was mine. I embarrassed myself by trying to open the wrong door.

Orange Xpower whilst Waze was getting me thru the roundabout-fest of Farnborough. First one I've seen on the roads, great colour!

We spotted each other I'm pleased to say

Red MG4 '24 plate spotted in the Ladygrove Estate, Didcot.

Also a white trophy but I know where that one lives as I walk past all the time!

Pulled up next to a Red MG4 just outside Andover town centre on the A343....we waved in mutual admiration, then the Red MG4 peeled off right at the roundabout and I went straight on.

Most mornings I see two 4s on my 17 mile commute to work. By that I mean, not the same two. There's a regular black on the way out of town, and (I think) a tango on the a11, but otherwise it's unfamiliar cars. Goes to show the numbers on the road these days. On Friday is got within two miles of work without seeing any and then stopped two on the country road.

White Trophy (or X-Power) on the A71 heading towards Irvine this morning.

Grey SE heading down Commercial Road, Strathaven this afternoon.

Currently away in a Hotel near Chester and there was a Orange Trophy in last night but they were packing to depart this morning but on our return from a run down to Llandudno there is now a Grey MG4 Xpower parked in the car park.

All the way from Scotland to Brighton and I saw ONE other MG4. Another smurf, a phase 2 Trophy, driving south-east somewhere on the M40 about twenty past four. Whoever you were, I was the SE who overtook you.

And by the way, sorry guys, but that rear wiper looks awful.

It isn't even that useful. The area it clears is blocked by the extra central headrest anyway (which I have removed). I'd much rather have had auto-folding wing mirrors :)

I know this isn't you, because the lady who owns the car came over to speak to me, saying "I like your car!" (She did say she sometimes reads the forum.)

Yes, that's Caliban in the foreground, but look who's in the next row. His twin!

Actually a 72 reg LR who regularly goes to the south of France. Spot the difference!
