MG4 Spotted! : Was it you?

This was mentioned on FaceAche (I think) last week. Indeed I saw it (Camden Grey Trophy) on that show last Saturday when we watched it on iPlayer. :)

Came out of Sainsbury's to find a white twin next to the goose.

So maybe one of you bright sparks can tell me what this one is.

In Bunnings Halls Head around 1500.
Had to buy some Contact cement to glue the foot pads on the board I'm making.

Essence spec model, if it was an x-power it would have alloys. It could be a 64 or a 77 kWh, as far as I know you can’t tell the difference from the outside.

I love that plate though, thats funny :ROFLMAO:

On my journey yesterday from High Wycombe to Edgware I saw five. Four were in the High Wycombe area, blue, grey and black. The forth was red parked at Tesco in Loudwater, and the fifth was a green X Power in Pinner. We do have two dealerships that serve our area, Perry's MG in Aylesbury, and Beaconsfield MG. This could account for the popularity and takeup.

I saw several when out and about last week. They are increasingly popular in Oxfordshire/Berkshire/Swindon as well.
Understandably so given what you get for your money.

I tend to see at least one whenever I’m out on the road for more than ten minutes, love seeing a fellow orange MG, yet to get a wave back though, from any colour
My reactions are so slow these days. The MX5 is a great car for other owners giving a flash and a wave. I am a little slower in sorting other MG4s and usually don't get a response when I wave enthusiastically. I guess it's just a car for many owners.

Yeah I managed one wave on a recent trip. To a blue in Swindon (Oxford Road, I think). Didn't get a wave back.

Perhaps the early adopters were more likely to be on the forums!
