MG4 Trophy/excite tailgate upgrade to SE/Excite model

Hi all. I have an Excite/Se model mg4 and really fancy the tailgate light assembly of the trophy model. Have found one on Ali express.

Has anyone tried to install the one on a base model. Is it straightforward? Is the wiring harness in place for a plug and play?
