Mg5 charging issue

Hello!
I have a MG5 EV 2021 and for a week now it starts to charge for 30min-2 hours (7.2 kW) max and stops charging. I changed the place that I use to charge but with no luck.
Anyone had the same problem?

There is no app, SoC limit or schedule on a PFL MG5.

Something similar happened to ours last month; a hard reset (12V aux disconnect) sorted it.
