I bought a low mileage MG5 standard range last year.
It's now due its 4th year service and I was wondering what others had paid for theirs to be done.
A dealer in Dorset has quoted me the best part of three hundred quid.
Does that seem to be the right amount?
It's just coming up to 28,000 miles so would that have any bearing on the price?

Many thanks

It sounds about the price people are being quoted when the coolant replacement is due.
Its always worth going onto the MG website to get a quote for a 1 year service contract. It asks for the registration number and current mileage and gives you a quote straight away.

Having 28k milage could put it in the low milage service bracket if it has done less than 10k since the last one.

AHH brilliant, didn't know you could do that.
Many thanks!

Saved me about £80 for my 2nd year service. Watch out for the timing though. I wasn't allowed to book my service until after the payment had been taken for the contract and that was weirdly a couple of weeks after I signed up.

Hi, have you got a link as I can't find the service contract bit on the MG site. Thank you.

Thank you.
This is what I was given for my 2021 Excite at 68k

Maybe check whether Cleevely mobile service would be able to help?
