Sorry, I meant which system? The MG isn't like a Tesla with one unified software release. Each part has its own software and the version numbers aren't easy to discover. The one thing that you can see is the infotainment version number. Mine is a FL so isn't much use to you.

Aha, what I was trying to work out is to see in the context of this Wiki what those component software parts should be at. Particularly with respect to being able to charge on the Tesla charge points.

OK, understood. Unfortunately you can't see if the Tesla update has been done. Even if you use an ODB reader there is no way to tell. A dealer could plug the car in and tell you but that relies on the dealer knowing what you are talking about and that is not guaranteed.
The only way for a non dealer to find out is to install the Tesla app and go and try it. For a pre-FL LR the chances are quite good that it is just a software update.
