MGZS 2021 HV BATTERY NOT AVAILABLE FAULT

I believe this fault is a recurring theme to some owners of the older ZS EV cars, so would value any advice on how to get it resolved by the dealer.
For a year my car has randomly displayed an HV BATTERY Unavailable warning, both on starting but also while driving.
I have reported this to the dealer 4 times but they cannot find anything wrong with the car.
If you have had this fault and have found a solution please let me know!
The last time the dealer said the fault might be a dodgy battery, but that this was not covered under warranty.
Grateful for any advice.

Perhaps the dealer was referring to the 12V battery?

On my facelift I had this and it ended up being the 12v battery.
