New (Australia, 3rd August delivered) MG ZS EV - Apple CarPlay doen't work.

Hi colin E.. just make sure you use or try a genuine apple cable

Solved. Cable is Apple MFI certified , but you have to use the inner USB slot of the pair under the console. Use the outer USB slot (nearest the brake pedal) for music .

Checked the FMs (both). Nothing identifying that only one works for CarPlay!
