From what I can make out, all they are doing is printing out the handbook from the online manual in either A5 or A4 format, plastic comb bound and plastic front and rear cover. £16-99 from Ebay.Excellent, I didn't realize anybody was printing them yet.![]()
When I picked up my new ZS SE+ last week, I was a bit miffed that there was no handbook ( and No, I don`t want to have to go online every time I want to check something out. Besides, I might be somewhere where there is no signal). Any way, the salesman very kindly printed out all 359 pages for me in A4. Just got to get a binder now!
The other thing that peeved me a bit was the facility for putting a space saver wheel in. There isn`t one anymore. Well, there is, but it`s taken up by the battery now. I traded my ZS in (surprisingly good trade in value) and had a
space saver
in that. I was hoping to put it into the new car. Now, I know all about cost and weight savings blah, blah, blah, but as the car has still got the spare wheel space, I`m pretty sure MG could have found a better place to position the battery. And I know there is the tyre repair kit, but once used, I am led to believe that the tyre cannot then be repaired if it is just a simple puncture. Or am I wrong there? Any advice gratefully received.Apart from those two things, which in the great scheme of things, aren`t the end of the whole, I am really quite enjoying the car. Far too much tech and warning noises on it for a man of my advancing years, but I am gradually getting to grips with things. I will probably turn most of the
assistance
off in due course.
