I took delivery of my new MG4 Tropy LR on Friday and first impressions are good. there are a few issues I need help with
Android Auto - I have a Samsung galaxy S21. I tried to connect it with a USB-C to USB-C cable but it just tells me to check the connection. I know the cable works as it is the one I use to connect my phone to an external power bank
Heating - Quite a compicated and fussy screen and I find it confusing. Out with the fami;ly yesterday and a bit chilly but try as I may I could not get it to warm up . At one point we had the temperature at 30C but it was still not very warm. Is there a setting I am missing which gives you heating rather than AC
Radio - it randomly switches off from time to time and I have to fo to the radio screen and reselect the station to make it work. Is it possible to edit the station names. I have 3 BBC stations in my list bit they all show as BBC Radio as the width for the name is not enough to show the station number. Also is it possible to find stations not in the supplied list. I cannot see BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

Finally, is it possible to get a download of the manual. I did get one from MG but is an old version which , for example, has nothing about the Sat Nav

Hi Welcome, I took delivery of my MG4 last December, for the temperature thing you might need an update - I needed an update to connect iSmart and it improved many things in the infotainment system - they don't do the update automatically before delivery of the car, as far as I believe

Overall I am very happy with my car, the navigation through the screen takes a bit to get used to, and then all is good
