Hi, all. Collected my new ZS EV SE LR. Binded my phone to the car but iSmart won't refresh. It says it was last updated three days ago - before I had the car! Any pointers please? It shows the wrong charge and range.

Thanks for your reply. Tried in several locations with very good signal, tried unbinding and rebinding, deleting the app. All sorts!how is your mobile phone signal? If it's poor, the car won't connect easily. Also, try refreshing the app by pulling down the screen and allow it a minute to refresh ...

Thanks. I may try a tablet. I'm on a Samsung now.Once you connect it to the car (bind it), leave it, in a few days might start working by itself. There are plenty of threads on this forum about iSmart issues, by the time you read them, it might start working. Seriously now, someone mentioned that iSmart worked on their tablet, maybe try another phone or tablet and see if that works? It could be all sort of things, it's quite unpredictable sometimes...
Try refreshing the app by putting your finger on top of the screen and pulling/swiping the screen down.
Is it an iPhone?

I have an Apple 13 pro max and was able to bind my car (ZS EV 2023 model) with the app but nothing seems to function on the app. Any suggestions?
