number plate good quality supplier recommendations please

I have used both a1showplates and greatshowplates and had no issues. Green stripe is a personal choice as it is purely advertising EV with no benefits...ANPR does the actual recognition. Not a legal requirement.

I use ‘showplates’, have done for decades now.
Totally customisable and good quality plastic.
Hate the tin plates that the likes of Halfords supply.

I’ve posted these before. Legal font/spacing/size, 3mm gel text, no boarders etc or green stripe. Just BS number and company on it.
They say Carbon Plates in the middle but that’s not the site I purchased them from, think it was simplyplates. Can only assume a lot of these websites just order it all through one manufacturer.

I go for legal font and size, illegal spacing.
Carbon fibre effect letters/digits.
Black thick border, green flash.
No numberplate supplier markings or BSAU.

Nah, it’ll be the same guy operating under umpteen names.
A numberplate machine is cheap, there’d be no money in subcontracting it out.
TBH the money I’ve spent on plates over the decades I’d have been as well buying my own machine…
I literally have a pile of old plates in the garage at least a foot high

Are you able to post a link to the supplier please ?.
I believe it is a legal requirement that number plates manufactures SHOULD display their company name & post code in small print on the bottom of the plates.
It is intended for use by the police, IF they have a issue with the spacing of numbers and names on the plate, they can speak to the supplier.
