I received a message from the Octopus app telling me I needed to re-activate my Zappi V2 charger in the app.
Fine I thought, I'll do it now. To cut a long story short, I've now been left with my charger disconnected from my IO Go tariff
and unable to add it back into the app as it now says I don't have a smart meter installed (Spoiler alert.....I DO and they fitted it themselves).
So far I've still to have a response from Octopus support as to how this will be resolved.
Has anyone else had this issue and had it resolved?
