As a final post, EO support have now apologised for the delay, and have sent me the QR code for the EO Charger.

So thanks to EO, and hopefully I can now programme the charger to get the best of Octopus Go...

As long as the installer set it up correctly when installing it. Don't know if you will get any support fron EO if they didn't.

I remember that they had to add it to the EO server first with my WiFi, then set it up on my phone.
