Recently when charging my ZS mk1 via the Zappi and using the intelligent go programme / schedule, I get a message on my Iphone stating unable to control the charge. On checking the car battery in the morning I find the battery has been charged, but it looks like it has been charged to 100%. Any advice would be helpful.

You can set the max charge in the car which is supposed to stop charging when that level has been reached. I have mine set to 80%. I have Octopus IGO & an OHME Epod

Have you got a screen shot of your IOG settings? Remember to change the charge to ADD % before you plug in and set your departure time.

Thanks for that Jomarkh, Yes I've done all that, it used to work without a hitch until recently, it doesn't do it all the time. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they did about it.
 
The message sounds like Octopus could not talk to your charger for some reason. Was its network connection ok during that time?

I'm not sure, the first I know about it is when I check the messages on my iphone when I rise in the morning
 
I received a message in my mailbox yesterday from Octopus stating that owing to a glitch in their software (which their technicians are currently working on) I have to delete my Zappi from IGO and then reinstate it. I carried out their online instructions and reinstated my Zappi, let's hope that's solved the problem.
