Ohme - The Not So Intelligent Charger

I put our 4 on charge last night and it charged fine, but when I opened the Ohme app, it was asking me to log in.

I thought it had updated the app and logged out, so I logged in. It knew there was an email address attached to that charger, and asked me for the password. No worries, it logged me in. But instead of giving me access to the app, it acted as if this was a new install and asked me to scan the QR code.

Well, now I'm burgered, as it refuses to scan the code, saying it already belongs to another charger.

How do I get back to where I was before?

Have you switched off the charger at the mains and tried again?

Thank you both.

I did the first thing, no joy, then tried ringing them.

Apparently, I have two Ohme accounts, one with one email address and another with a second.Not sure how this happened, it was all set up by the spark.

So Ohme will accept both and log me in to the account, but only one will give me access to the charger.

I don't understand, but at least we can start charging again!
