Past MG issues and software updates

I’m the proud owner of my new black ZS EV that I collected at the weekend, everything seems to be working well at present; particularly where I’ve seen other forum members talk about issues,
Sat nav and infotainment system seems fairly responsive; could be quicker, but not an issue.
Start up volume seems to be where is left off.
No charging issues at present.
Android Auto connection no issues
Able to see the charging status on the middle display whilst charging, open rear boot, sit in car with the door locked, push locked button again or with the keys away from the car (standing outside) push the button on the door handle and again you can see the charging status and time left.
One question I have is how do you know when more updates have been released, due MG contact you via Apex communications?
 
I guess you either contact the dealer as and when you hear of an update or remind them at the service time.
 
Hmm you’d think they’d have a way of letting you know when updates are released without you need to ask them all the time.
