Having read some of the nightmare stories about MG dealers I have been more than impressed with Perrys MG Preston ,firstly the service was seamless. Only today i noticed the dreaded tray dip / bulge was starting , Phoned the service centre at the dealership and was put through to the generic centre , who informed me it would have to be booked in for the day , then maybe another day to fix if the parts had to be ordered , Tried to explain the fault was known but no joy computer says it would have to be booked in , which to be fair i understood , asked them to add to the booking the fault and repair code... they booked me in for 18th nov, 30 mins later they phoned and said they could fit me in tomorrow , anyway as its not far so I thought would run in and see , No issues at all , they new the fault and had the part in , fixed in 30mins ....... great service. Reason for the post it seems to be the luck of the draw with any dealership , its the people working there that make the difference and the art of the possible
