Polar Plus / BP Chargemaster App changes

Merely FYI, but the Polar Plus app is coming to an end and accounts are being moved to BP Chargemaster; hopefully you’ve received and email...I didn’t until I tried to rapid charge today with Polar and had issues.
If you use Polar download the BP app and register your unused balance will transfer across.
After lots of issues today I was at least given about 80% of free charge for the inconvenience, hopefully no-one else will get caught out as the lines were very busy today, held on line for 15 minutes..

I got the email last week and downloaded the new app. Credit transferred across ok, but not had the chance to use it yet.
