Radar error when reversing

Does anyone also have this error when reversing "radar error" dealer said that the sensors are dirty and frost can cause this error message. But I can't imagine that because it didn't happen until 3 months after I got the car.
The radar sensors are located behind the bumper on the left and right and can only be seen when you lie down under the car.

Can I ask should we also get an audible warning when reversing????
I have managed to get a small scrape the back of my bumper as when using the cameras as the object looked quite a bit away..... and then it didnt.
Not happy.....

There is a warning with a sound and the distance in cm is also displayed. However, I have noticed that it sometimes does it and sometimes doesn't in the same car park, which is very irritating because you simply can't rely on it. But I'm glad that I have the 360 degree camera otherwise I would certainly have crashed into something.
I'm just wondering how I can clean the radar sensors in future if they are unfortunately not so easily accessible.

I also scratched the rear of my ZS Hybrid, no audible warning, and hit a railing.

This was in the dark. Makes me wonder if the sensors are not very good in dim conditions, even though there is light from rear lights, and reversing light. Must admit I do find the reversing light on the MG quite useless.

I would say for me the sensors work really reliable, and unlike in many cars, the reverse camera would show up immediately after starting the car, not requiring a full boot up of the touchscreen. However, If you start reversing basically immediately, occasionally I would find that the audible warning, yellow/red indicators and the distance in cm is not yet ready, but for that I have to be really quick. In such a situation I also once managed to immediately switch from reverse and go forward, and thus have the camera on, and that also wouldn't disappear until I switched off by the button on the steering wheel where I put the 360 as a favorite, up to speeds around 60 kph, and no frame drop or any other problem which would indicate why the cameras usually switch of rather quickly.
But again, in a lot of use, those are absolutely rare occasions, and my car also has been pretty dirty now in winter, up to levels that without wiping you wouldn't see out the rear window, and the lights had the same dark grey tint as the rest of the car, with the sensors being reliable nevertheless. SO if that appears more often or even regularly, I would assume something is broken.
