After breaking the radar another car with its cursed towbar; 5 months cost to get the BOSCH material; (the steel support arrived in 2 weeks); and after 2 days of installing and calibrating it; which is complicated. The material was impossible to arrive earlier since Bosch Germany told me that they were very late in manufacturing. It was not entirely MG's fault. Now perfect. They also changed the t box of the eCall system. There was a general failure. All this in Spain. LR luxury 2023 September

Waiting for spare parts is because local garages and suppliers don't stock the parts but order when needed. I don't blame MG, it takes time between all involved, few days here, few days there, shipping time ... but, what MG could do is setup a parts storage in Europe (maybe they do, I don't know) but even that might not help if as you say Bosch fails to deliver enough units to MG ...

It should get better as time goes on as more cars will be serviced and repaired and garages will learn a bit more about the car ...
