Remote AC not working

Hi all

Not sure when this started as it’s only been this week really that I’ve needed it

The last time it worked properly was in summer but that was fir cooling

Each day this week I have tried to pre warm to cockpit via the remote app

The instruction sends, lights flash on etc but it doesn’t warm if anything it feels like it has been blowing cold air

Originally I thought maybe I had adjusted the temp setting on the AC part on the app but I have

The heating works when in the car perfectly well

Anyone have any insight or thoughts please?

Do you use front window demister? I find that works best for heating the cabin. Also, you can set the temperature of the HVAC in the app, set it to 24 degrees.

I seem to remember that when turning on the hvac remotely, a hvac tab use to appear at the top right hand side of the screen.
This looks to have gone walk about now ?.
Not that is of any great concern, but I am fairly sure there use to be one there ?.
It may have been removed when at the time when the app received a refresh ??.
I use front window tab and increase temperature to 24 also.
