Remote heating

My trophy is plugged into zappi, not charging. Remotely turned on heater and charging restarts. I guess this is to replace energy used by 10 mins of power when possible.

Yes, when plugged in it will try and avoid using the battery to heat or cool the car.

Pedant-mode-On ....

It does use the battery, but it starts charging to replace what's drawn from the battery.
