Although the inbuilt satnav is reasonable, it drives me up the wall with its 'Recalculating'...'recalculating'! I wouldn't mind if I was driving in some obscure backwoods, but not in well established cities, towns etc. My two Hyundai satnavs were the best I've experienced, so maybe I'm too biased.

I find it a fairly rubbish system, when I start it up, it still thinks I'm at my last destination, and stays there until I have moved. It's the only sat nav system that I have used that does that. That last location which be miles away. I prefer to use Waze or Google maps. Italy ran a thread a while back that listed many decent alternatives but these two work best for me. Maybe it's because I used Garmin for years and my mind is now programmed that way. I had a Renault with a Tom Tom system, which was very limited for this side of the Irish sea, maybe the lads doing the updates stopped off at the Guinness store house and forgot to do the rest of the country.

I find it annoying when you follow the directions of the inbuilt satnav…..
e.g. making a turn as directed and it says once you’ve made that turn ‘recalculating’ even though the onscreen map also shows you’ve made the correct turn.
