I keep sitting my scheduled charge using the app to midnight through to 5am, as I'm with British Gas.
Every few days, I check the app and discover it has defaulted back to 10pm through to 6am.
Anyone else have this?

Yes, almost the same here but nearly every time I come out of the app then go back into it, within minutes! and measurement keeps defaulting to metric after setting it to imperial ! I have to sit up till midnight to make sure the app schedule is set to what I need i.e. 00:00 to 07:00! It’s a real pain.

What chargers do you have? Most chargers have an ability to schedule a charging period directly via the charger's app, so while it wouldn't directly answer your question it could be an easy work around - disable the schedule on the cars themselves and schedule via the chargers?

Alternatively, have you tried scheduling via the charging screen on the car rather than via the app? I set up the schedule on my wife's MG ZS via the in-car screen and have never had any issues - but the app is notoriously unreliable.

I have a Hypervolt 3 home charger which is brilliant, and I do set it to schedule charge, but in conjunction with the app schedule, set to the same times.

I think your suggestion to schedule charging via the car’s charging screen is the answer until (if ever) the app is fixed. Also I’ll try disabling the schedule on the car’s charging screen and just using the Hypervolt schedule to see what works best for me.
Thanks for your very helpful response.

I have set timed charging up on my Rolec (00:30 to 04:30) don't use the schedule on the car, so when at home the charger does the work and when out and about I don't have to fiddle with scheduled charging on the car or app
