Seat Belt Light

Seat Belt light remains illuminated. New to an MG ZS EV and notice that with all people in the car properly seated and belted, the seat belt warning light stays illuminated for perhaps 1 or 2 minutes before it goes out. Doesn't matter if remaining stationary or driving. Is this a fault or normal for this car - any advice appreciated.

It's "normal" for the pre facelift model. You don't want to rush certain things, you know

In the rear, the right seatbelt can be plugged into either receptacle which keeps the light on if the wrong one is selected.
