Still need neoprene material seat covers hard to find the correct fit leather real or not is not suitable for me .

Hi, i a new member to this forum. I got wind of it when a youtube channel (@siasek) on MG4 updates mentioned a post from @siteguru. Since then, this forum has been my primary resource for all things relating to MG4. For that, I thank everyone in this forum.

Today my friends, I seek information on how to remove the rear bottom seat for tbe MG4. I recently took delivery of a set of OEM looking seat cover from Aliexpress. However, I have struggled to remove the rear bottom seat. As a result, I have still not secure the rear bottom seat cover. Is anyone aware of good instructions or a video in any language that actually demostrates this? Thanks in advance

Did you install it yet?

You posted this in May...
Hope to hear from you soon.

How did you secure the back seats?
How did you lift them?
Also in the 'reverse camera se le' thread, @DevonMG4 posted 3 videos. One of them dealt with routing a cable under the back seat which gives some good information on removal.
I can't find this video you mention where back seats are removed..

Care to share a link and time stamp?

I took a risky purchase for these:

They look sooooo good. Black and blue stitches - just like the original seats. With back pockets, holes for airbags, waterproof. PU leather.

I'm seriously hoping for these to fit at least 95% tight ...

I have no idea how to install them.

Will make a post when I get them. So everyone can see and get some too.

My car didn't come with back seat pockets - a bummer for my kids. And also it's cloth - dangerous because these little devils enjoy dripping liquids...

Because of them I made a rule not to eat in the car. But they still drop water and step their shoes against the seats lol

Kids..

Anyways. Looking forward to find nice seat covers. Mine should arrive in 2-3 weeks from now (or earlier, who knows)

I was 58 when I retired, but only just ... I turned 58 on the Tuesday and left on the Friday, the Friday being exactly 26 years to the date of when I joined the company. :)
Covid stopped me working- I didn’t get it but I worked in a service industry servicing and commissioning plumbing and electrical equipment in customer’s homes. The rules and regulations that were put in place would have made it difficult to continue and certainly slow things down drastically. So at 70 I reluctantly hung up the screwdriver, the shifting spanner and the lump hammer - the delicate tools of my beloved trade ?

You say you have no idea how to install them?

Can I suggest you put them over the seats and if possible take a few photos.

If they look as good fitted as they do in the promo pics I could be tempted.

British Humour!
Well I thought it was funny?

I'll get my coat......

I wish you'd stop stealing coats. Just because they are hanging up doesn't mean they're yours ?

I put a bunch of photos of my seat covers in another thread. Not going to re-post them here, but here's the link to the post.
