So It seems I have to charge every day to keep my 12v Battery full!

If your battery is reading 12.6v after being charged fully, then I'd probably rule the battery out and say your likely issue is a parasitic battery drain.

I'd be inclined to ask the dealer in question, to diagnose and fix the battery drain.

It's very simple to find out if you have got a battery drain in general. And it should be no trouble for a service technician, then they can go through the usual process of elimination to find the drain, and fix it.

Had a similar problem on my wife's Alfa Romeo, thought it was the battery, turned out to be the Bluetooth module draining the battery.
My battery often sits around 12.4v which i agree is low but its been left over a week and its always been fine

This is a good rule of thumb for standard 12v car batteries, if it only ever reaches 12.4v then it is not holding enough charge, technically and is probably on it's way out.

Though I've had a petrol car that would start all day at 12.0v charge (max) and was like that for (ahem) 2 years before I bothered to replace it

EVs should really charge the 12v from the HV automatically, ours is supposed to according to the handbook.

How charged does a 12v battery in an EV need to be? It’s not like it’s turning a starter motor over.

I’d be interested to know what the current draw is…
