Standard range battery

Hi, I am from Belgium and new here on the forum. I very much appreciate this forum, it is very informative.

On the 10th of November I ordered the new MG ZS EV in the luxury trim (here we only have 2 models, comfort (=SE) & luxury (=trophy connect). I ordered the standard range version and according to my dealer it will arrive in April 2022. I think the standard range battery will suit our needs perfectly since 95% of our trips are max 100km (back + forth). On the forum it seems like I am the only one who ordered the standard range version and I would like to know if any of you guys also ordered the standard range version?

I'm in UK and standard range MK2 is not currently available here. They will be on sale sometime in 2022 and so as yet UK prices have not been released.

I’m paying € 35 135 ( £ 29 958,40) for mine here in Belgium. As I said in my first post, that’s for the equivalent of the black Trophy Connect trim level.

For the cheaper equivalent of a white SE, the price is € 31 985 ( £ 27 272,50) over here.

But I guess prices will differ in the UK.

I think it's just over £26k for the SE, £30k for the Trophy and just over £30k for the Trophy connect after the government grant. I believe some dealers are offering a £1500 dealer deposit on finance, but there doesn't seem to be any other deals just yet due to the high demand.
