This has been mentioned by myself before, but people do like to have a look at the X Power.

Just today when I was parked up I saw a few peeks on the way by.

After a year of ownership, it is still nice to see the car drawing some interest.

It's definitely the colour that draws the Performance Car enthusiast first IMO.

I still have not seen another like it in 10500 miles.

I've only seen one other X Power in the wild, and that was parked!

I reckon they're thinking...I wonder if that one has any vibes?

I do have more pictures from the rear camera but they seem to have gone from my cloud!

You can tell my car isn't Volcano as none of the observers required Sun Glasses to protect them from the Occipital assault!

A bit down the pecking order my SE LR (orange) still gets the attention even when parked next to a white with two black stripes RS Focus. We are both regulars at our local Super U. In a car park normally occupied by ,black, white, or grey cars like the first three photos. Fiat , famously said that they were dropping them from their colour range , but as of yet have not seen any new ones so cannot say what they will bring to the party.
I know you are going to ask , but no, I haven't managed to leave at the same time as the RS , statistically it will happen, one day!

My most favourite reaction was one of the kids outside the school I work, she was waiting for the bus and as I came by she had a jaw drop, and then made an "oeh..." face .

Don't think they know it's my car (I work in the special education center, not mainstream), because I'm sure you can't let a teacher know they've got a cool car.

Where-ever it goes though, the MG4 is definitely a head turner, maybe even more than my Peugeot RCZ which is a pretty rare sight here too.

Depends on what people you come across i assume, neither are standout special cars by any stretch of the imagination.
If anyone looks at my MG i would only assume they are thinking’ Jeesus why the hell you choose that colour!!’ As opposed to the fact it is an MG4.
When i got the Tesla in my cul de sac and at work i got genuine interest from people about it being a Tesla, how fast, what i thought etc etc.
Couple people commented on this new car because of the Orange asking what it was, when they saw MG they were like Oh ok, when i said it is mental fast they mainly said ‘ oh, thats useful’
But i love it and thats what counts.

I have had my XPower for 13 months now and I still get heads turning when looking for a parking space at my local Sainsbury's (other supermarkets are available!). I still think that it's the colour (Matte Green) which first attracts them, then the shape. People of all ages say how much they like the car (as opposed to me who loves it!). When I mention about the performance, jaws drop just like those I see in my rear view mirror of the teen kids in their "hot Corsas" and 30+ BMW drivers as I pull away from them from the traffic lights at the start of a dual carriageway! Has anyone been out accelerated up to 60?

You are so right there. Bloody everywhere and to date in last 6 months or so only seen 2 other X Powers on the road. Fair few standard MG4’s.
Both X’s were Green.

Yep, agreed. Even standard MG4s are still quite rare. But X Power's are like bloody Hens Teeth. Considering how many they've sold. Which personally, think that's good.
Off topic, but anybody been side by side, at the lights, with another, X Power.
Very much doubt it, but thought I'd ask.

You know, I'd almost completely forgotten about Still being the fastest MG4 X Power on the Worldwide Dragy Leaderboard!

Oh and I still hold the fastest quarter mile time too!

It's a nice surprise to be fair, I know just how 'right' things needed to be to get the times.
