We had to charge the 12v battery and after recharging it and started the car, several warning messages appeared on the dashboard: auto hold unavailable, hill hold unavailable, forward collision system unavailable, ABS fail, stability control system fail, traction control system fail, auto emergency braking system unavailable. What could have gone wrong?

Turning the steering wheel fully to the left, then the right and back to centre will also clear the messages.

They should disappear after a short drive.
Was the battery completely flat?

I have the same problem only I have a MG EHS. I tried turning the wheel and already drove 30 km. Any ideas how to solve it?
My car dealer said that he could install a few updates but it will be pricey as it’s not covered by warranty.

Similar thing happened to me, had to disconnect the 12V again waited 10min then reconnected it, steering fully left/right and all good afterwards…

On the pre facelift usually driving it a few meters or so is enough to clear them.

As long as they clear pretty quickly I wouldn't worry about them, it's just various Ecus starting up cold, presumably they don't store various sensor readings or something like that so need to wait until the sensors start reporting in again.

It doesn’t disappear after a short drive. I disconnected the battery but that also doesn’t clear the warnings. The beeps are very irritating

Looks like the MG EHS behaves differently, you may have more luck posting your issue on the dedicated forum

Hi,

I drive a 2022 MG5 and see the same issue appearing sometimes. He gives all the warnings and when you drive it 5 metres they dissappear. Very annoying. The garage suggests a update but they don't want to give a guarantee if something goes wrong after it.

It could be the 12V battery have they check that?
