Temperature display....only 19degC ?!?

My exterior temp display is trying to tell me that it's 19deg C outside... Multiple weather apps tell me it should be & it bloody feels like around 25degC....
? Kwolity...

My app says it is 21degC here if that helps?
Have you got a thermometer like from a fridge you can check it with?

Sounds about right! My vehicle has been showing 4° lower since new, it's now 11 years old.
