Tesla Supercharger membership now £8.99p/m or £90 for year

Let me know if Flint Mountain works for you. I have tried there and failed, but I'm not convinced that the dealer in Cheshire Oaks actually applied the update to my car, despite saying they did.
Was there today - very busy - so a 3 min wait - mobile signal (EE & 3) were both poor, but did manage to get connected and start a charge without major issue.

Just to brighten up the thread, here is Caliban happily supping up the electrons at the Tesla supercharger site in Dundee this afternoon, on the way home from Aberdeen.

Ten minutes later he was in the middle of a complete line of Teslas, I should have photographed that!
I love how we add a bit of colour and excitement to the rows of white Teslas at the open charge sites :)

Update, in case you haven't checked recently, but there are now five sites open in Devon and Cornwall including two either side of the M3 Exeter Moto Services.
I read a conversation on YouTube between Tesla owners talking about how often they'd tried to open somebody else's car.
Re the Exeter Tesla site it's a bit confusing because they show a picture of the services

One is at Darts Farm, same junction as the M5 Exeter Moto Services but take the opposite turning to the services. It's about a mile or so away and has a restaurant, farm shop, play area etc. A much nicer place to stop than the M5 services even if you don't plan to charge there. Use the address in the Tesla app to navigate to it. Coming from the M5, you have two entrances off the main road, use the second one, there are little sign posts in the parking area to direct you to the chargers. Busy but I have only had to wait there once and that was less than 4mins and at peak time. Currently, avoid charger 1A, it doesn't like non Teslas for some reason. The other charging site one is the same side at the services but I have never used it.

I noticed the cheapest price at the superchargers at Todhills now show 48p per kWh ... when I used them on 31-Aug-24 they were 42p.

Not as much as I thought then but still cheaper than the rest.

Bad timing as I'm off to the Isle of Wight on Friday on holiday - 300 miles each way so will cost a bit more.

Quite a large price increase on Tesla chargers over the weekend - around 10p/kWh or more.
Yes I noticed the price increases too , shame as they were forcing the other CPO's to start discounting. Hopefully won't go any higher. They need to be below 50p / kWh to ensure it is below diesel equivalent prices.

I like that colour. I have the racing green I love, but white also great. Does the Tesla monthly membership just allow you access to Tesla SC or includes a discount rate?

... New Tesla (open to all) Superchargers now on M6, at Gretna (Outlet Village) - now open, and possibly M6 Southbound Metal Bridge / Todhills
What app are you using to generate the map? Is there a list of all open public superchargers that you could share a link to?

I’m using ZapMap and it seems to say there are A LOT of public ones, but I’m a little sceptical as last time I checked there as like 13…

Unless you've registered a Tesla car, the Tesla app will only show you Open To All supercharger sites. You can also use the Tesla website and deselect everything except Superchargers Open to Other EVs.

You use the Tesla app. You will need to use this on anything other than the latest V4 chargers which are contactless.

You've just reminded me to test out a Tesla charger as I had the computer tweaked at my recent service. I don't want to find out that it didn't work when I'm in extremis.

I thought the superchargers were cheaper ? Twice the price of the CPS units in the Fort last night.
